An entrepreneur since 1989, Victor founded and operated Fun F/X, building a successful business grounded in hard work, accountability, and customer trust. In 2019, after experiencing a devastating fire loss, he found himself navigating the insurance claims process personally. What should have been straightforward quickly became complicated and frustrating.

That experience changed the trajectory of his career.

After working with CPR to resolve his own claim, Victor saw firsthand how critical professional representation is during a property loss. He made the decision to help other homeowners and business owners avoid the confusion, delays, and missteps that often occur when dealing directly with insurance carriers.

Today, as a licensed public adjuster in Indiana and a trusted representative of CPR Claims, Victor has helped hundreds (if not thousands) of policyholders successfully navigate complex insurance claims. He understands both sides of the table: the business owner facing disruption and the detailed process required to secure a fair settlement.
